  1. We wish to offer a pleasureful stay in the middle of K\u00f5veri forests for all of our quests, so we ask everyone to follow the common etiquette and politeness rules.\u00a0Holiday Centre quests are always welcome to come back.<\/li>\n
  2. Following\u00a0the regulations is compulsory for all the visitors in the\u00a0Holiday Centre territory, outside it, we ask you to take into account the\u00a0interests of the landowners.<\/li>\n
  3. With\u00a0the delivery of the rooms and territory, the K\u00f5veri\u00a0Holiday Centre O\u00dc\u00a0and client will make a non-living room’s contract. Te client will be\u00a0responsible for observing it.<\/li>\n
  4. Client\u00a0has to take care that everyone invited will follow the regulations. Client is responsible for their behavior and its consequences.<\/li>\n
  5. The\u00a0quests are welcome from 2pm on the agreed date. Rooms must be cleaned and\u00a0the keys must be handed out on the agreed leaving date before 2pm. With\u00a0the bigger events, the coming and leaving times will be agreed on\u00a0separatey.<\/li>\n
  6. The\u00a0territory and rooms of the\u00a0Holiday Centre will be given to the client\u00a0cleaned and furnished. Leaving the place unclean adds a cleaning payment\u00a0to a price according to the price list.<\/li>\n
  7. On the\u00a0territory of Holiday Centre and walking path, it is allowed to make fire only in a designated area. If you want to use your own barbecue, please inform us beforehand.<\/li>\n
  8. Trash\u00a0(especially cigarette butts) must be thrown to the trash cans.<\/li>\n
  9. Swimming\u00a0in the lake, which is in the territory of\u00a0Holiday Centre is on your own \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 responsibility. Younger than 7 years old children can only go to the water\u00a0under the supervision of their parents.<\/li>\n
  10. You\u00a0need a permission for fishing from the lake. Fishing is only allowed with handline.<\/li>\n
  11. Holiday\u00a0Centre is not responsible for your lost of damaged belongings.<\/li>\n
  12. Visitors have to take into consideration other visitors interests and needs.<\/li>\n
  13. Riding\u00a0and parking motor vehicles is only allowed on the designated areas.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
